Change and loss are part of life. Grief is a normal response to loss.

Loss at any time in life can be challenging. This may be due to the death of a loved one, separation or divorce, natural disasters, forced migration, removal from family, unemployment, infertility, disability, and other loss experiences. At Good Grief, we develop and support a range of evidence-based loss and grief education programs that help children, young people and adults to understand their experience and attend well to their grief following major loss experiences.
